PRODUCTION NOTES
Crafted from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon vines on the estate, the grapes are carefully de-stemmed and undergo a 20-day fermentation in half-ton Micro bins before being crushed. They are then fermented in open tanks with regular punch downs and aged for 30 months in American Oak barrels. 750 ML ALC 14.5% BY VOL.
TASTING NOTES
This wine opens up to aromas of juicy fruit and is distinctly elegant. You will be able to identify black berry, plum and cardamom. This is the perfect choice for a formal dinner. Suggested parings: grilled ribeye steak, roasted root vegetables, blue cheese burger and eggplant parmesan. To maximize the tasting experience oxygenate by decantering.
